Analyzing the brand narrative of Plant Grow Eat (or Simply Mushrooms), a farm in Saint Lucia. Nominated by the University of Illinois Chicago to conduct field research abroad.
Assisted in design of product packaging, uniforms, and collateral. Undergraduate Research Forum Winner for “Research with Empathy”, led by supervisor Robert Zolna.
